Double-hung Barrington™ windows have both top and bottom sashes that can lift up and down, and both sashes tilt in for easy cleaning.

Fusion-Welded Frames
Fusion-welded sashes and frames are built to be exceptionally strong and durable, which helps prevent air and water infiltration. Dual-fin, wool-pile weatherstripping protects around the perimeter of all sashes to fight air infiltration. Constructed of “virgin” uPVC vinyl, the Barrington™ window is designed to last a lifetime!
Double-Pane Glass Options
Our Barrington™ vinyl window is available in two different double-pane glass options, and now comes standard with Super Spacer warm-edge spacer. This double-pane window is available with standard low-e coatings, or upgrade to our Solar Control/UV low-e coating, which adds additional solar heat reflection, and blocks 95% of damaging UV light.
Cam-Action Lock Design
Our Cam-Action lock features a durable zinc-cast design that pulls the sashes and interlock tightly together, further reducing air-infiltration. Tilt latches are included in both the top and bottom sashes of all Barrington™ double-hung windows, providing both efficiency and easy maintenance for tilting and cleaning the window.
Dura-Sill Sloped Sill
The Barrington™ vinyl double-hung window features our Dura-Sill sloped sill design, with a double-wall sill dam. This creates a super-strong bond between sill and jamb for maximum weather protection. A Foam-Tite® compression seal with straddle gasket is a closed-cell neoprene weatherseal that secures the sill and sash.
